Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
By creating a Racha workspace you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Racha reads data from the CRMs you connect and presents it as leaderboards, dashboards and a unified pipeline. We do not write back to your CRM.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed per seat through Stripe, monthly or yearly, with a three-seat minimum. Seat counts are reconciled automatically when people join or leave your workspace.
3. Trials and cancellation
New workspaces get a three-day trial and a card is required to start it. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
4. Refunds
Downgrades are pro-rated onto your next invoice. We do not refund partial months, and the guided-onboarding add-on is non-refundable once the session has taken place.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, resell the product, overload it, or use it to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend a workspace that does.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Racha up but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this price point. Planned maintenance is announced in the product where possible.
7. Termination
You can close your workspace at any time. We may terminate an account for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, with notice where the law allows.
8. Intellectual property
Racha and everything in it remain ours. Your CRM data remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Numbers shown in Racha are derived from your CRM and should not be your only source of truth for payroll or reporting.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes belong to its courts.
