This policy explains what Racha collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
Racha is a sales-performance product built by Level Up Xperts. You can reach a human about anything on this page at aaronmyers0207@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Account information (name, email, password hash), workspace and team structure, the CRM records your connections send us (deals, contacts, owners, stages), usage metrics about how the product is used, and the cookies described below.
3. Third-party processors
Stripe processes payments, Supabase hosts our database and authentication, Vercel hosts the application, and GoHighLevel sends transactional email. Each receives only the data it needs to do its job.
4. How we use it
To run the service, to bill you, to support you, and to work out what to build next. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we purge it within 30 days, except billing records, which we are required to keep for seven years.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to aaronmyers0207@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.
8. Children
Racha is a workplace product and is not directed at anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes are announced in the product before they take effect.
